EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
|
Ian Martin
Ian was general manager of the organisation for four years and was appointed as managing director in November 2008. He has been responsible for the management of Corsham Festival since its successful relaunch in June 2000. In 2007 he completed the Clore Leadership Programme short course.

BOX OFFICE AND VENUE CO-ORDINATOR

Martin Campbell
Martin joined the organisation in October 2007 and in his current position he has responsibility for all building related matters at the arts centre as well as the day to day running of the box office.

PROGRAMME MANAGER
|
Michael Cainen
Michael joined the organisation in June 2008 and has recently been appointed to the Executive Committee of the British Arts Festivals Association. A double bass player, Michael performs regularly with various orchestras and ensembles.

BOX OFFICE AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
|
Lucy Moore
Lucy joined the organisation in September 2009 after studying Performing Arts at City of Bath College. In her current role she supports the box office and marketing activities of the organisation and is in charge of organising the Fringe Festival.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Liz Martin
A former manager of a leisure centre, Liz administers the accounts for the organisation and works closely with the managing director and the treasurer.

CENTRE AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

Krysia Chrzanowska-Hunt
Krysia works part time, helping to run the box office in the evenings and on Saturdays, as well as assisting with the day to day running of the building. She has also run childrens' art workshops as part of Corsham Festival.

Orly Lascelles
Orly works part time, helping to run the box office in the evening and on Saturdays, as well as assisting with the day to day running of the building. He is invloved with ActNoW Youth Theatre and is the Arts Award representative for Pound Arts.

Beth Quarmby
Beth runs The Pound's cafe bar from Monday to Friday.

Kathryn runs The Pound's cafe bar during the day on Saturdays.
