A hands-on introduction to the Japanese technique of 'TatakiZomé (flower pounding), a process of hammering flowers into paper and fabrics - using the plants that grow in the Pound Arts Garden and in the local area! Explore different compositions and experience the beautiful natural colours the plants can make. Flowers and leaves will be provided, but if you have any plants from your garden you'd like to experiment with, please bring them along!
